Workshop registration includes access to all sessions of the E²DC Workshop and the workshop proceedings on electronic support.

* Please note: Members of the COST Action IC0804 need not register for the COST Action Meeting (see http://events.networks.imdea.org/content/e-energy-2012/cost-action-meeting), but must inform the organizers of the meeting of their intention to attend. They must register for the conference if they wish to attend. Non-members of the COST Action IC0804 must register is they wish to attend the COST Action Meeting, at the registration rates shown in the relevant table.

Registration is NOW OPEN for e-Energy 2012 using EDAS. Before registering for e-Energy 2012, you must create a profile in EDAS (if you don't already have one). You can also make changes to your ACM & IEEE membership information via this profile. If you are vegetarian, please update your EDAS profile in the "Dietary Constraints" field.

The EDAS privacy policy explains what data is collected as part of the registration process.

Conference Banquet

Your e-Energy 2012 conference registration includes attendance to the social event, which will be held on the evening of Thursday, 10^th of May.
If you would like to bring a companion to the event you can indicate this on your EDAS registration and include the extra payment with your own conference registration payment (this case also applies to Worskshop registrations who wish to attend the banquet). The cost of an extra ticket to bring a guest to the banquet is 60€.

Cancellation and Refunds

Main Conference

You may cancel your registration until May 3^rd, 2012. However, a cancellation fee of 100€ will be deducted from the reimbursement. You can also transfer the registration, without charge, to another person. However, the one full-price registration required for each paper is not refundable under any circumstance. In case of an emergency that prevents the original presenter from attending, the registration may be transferred to another author of the paper.

Workshops

You may cancel your standalone registration to each workshop until May 3^rd, 2012, but a cancellation fee of 20€ will be deducted from the reimbursement. You can also transfer the registration, without charge, to another person. However, the registration required for each paper will not be refundable under any circumstance. In case of an emergency that prevents the original presenter from attending, the registration may be transferred to another author of the paper.
